By accessing or using Trodden you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree do not use the app. These terms apply to all users including visitors, registered users, and contributors.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Trodden. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18 you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@trodden.app of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
You retain full ownership of content you post on Trodden including ratings, reviews, and photos. By posting content you grant Trodden a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the app. You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit.

The Trodden name, logo, and all app content not submitted by users are owned by Trodden and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the app Settings.
Trodden is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Travel information and destination data are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional travel advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trodden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
